Holiday Homes is a subscription-based marketplace for licensed holiday rental businesses across Europe. Registering as a company gives your properties a dedicated place among curated, professionally managed estates — from Mediterranean villas and Alpine chalets to city apartments and rural retreats. Each company subscription lets you list an unlimited number of holiday homes with up to twelve photos and two videos per property (an estate video and an area video), so travellers see exactly what they are booking before they commit.

Every booking is direct. There are no commission fees, no per-night cuts and no hidden charges — you keep 100% of the rental income and set your own cancellation, refund and payment policies. Payments are processed through Stripe, either as a payment link sent to the guest at the moment of booking or as a card charge on check-in at the property. Because bookings are direct you also own the guest relationship, which means better reviews, more repeat stays and a marketing list that belongs to your business, not to a platform.

Trust is built on verification. Every company profile is checked against the European Commission's VIES system when a VAT number is provided, and verified businesses display a sage 'Verified EU business' badge on every listing and card. If your company is registered outside the EU we still show a clear 'Company rental' badge so travellers know they are booking from a licensed operator rather than an anonymous host.

Getting started takes minutes. Choose a semi-annual or annual subscription, pay securely through Stripe (0% reverse-charge VAT is applied automatically for VIES-verified businesses), then set your account password to finish onboarding. You will land in a host dashboard where you can add properties, manage bookings, reply to reviews, message guests, download PDF analytics and see live subscription status. Cancellation is easy: a 30-day notice cancels your subscription in Stripe directly, and you can reactivate at any time.
