A traveller account on Holiday Homes is free. It gives you access to the full catalogue of company-managed and privately hosted holiday rentals — from six-suite Tuscan estates to lakeside A-frames — with weekly, monthly, three-month, semi-annual and flexible rental durations to fit any kind of trip: a family holiday, a slow-travel sabbatical, a winter escape or a working relocation.

Save what you love. Every property has a heart button that stores it into your 'My favourites' list. You can create as many additional named lists as you like — 'Summer 2027', 'Ski trips', 'Anniversary ideas' — and share any list publicly with a copy-paste URL, or keep it private for planning with your family.

Book directly with the host. There are no service fees layered on top of the nightly rate, no third-party middlemen and no surprise cleaning charges — the total you see on the property page is the total the host receives, plus any VAT displayed transparently at checkout. Bookings are settled through Stripe either at the moment of booking or at check-in, depending on the host's payment policy.

Message hosts, ask questions, review after your stay. Every review is verified against an actual completed booking so the star ratings you read reflect real experiences. Your traveller inbox keeps every conversation with every host in one place, and your bookings dashboard tracks upcoming, confirmed and past stays.

Registering as a traveller takes under a minute: name, email, password, and you are in. No credit card, no subscription, no verification needed. You can browse the map view to see exactly where each rental sits, filter by check-in and check-out dates, guest count, bedrooms and amenities like pool, sauna, pet-friendly, fireplace or child-friendly, and read verified reviews from previous guests before you book.
